Taxpayer Advisory Bulletin (TAB) records lawmakers' votes on key bills and assigns each lawmaker a percentage indicating how conservative or liberal that lawmaker’s voting record was during the covered period. The scale runs from 0 to 100, with 0 representing a perfect “Liberal” voting record and 100 representing a perfect “Conservative” voting record.
